Order Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
Order cancellation, return and replacement policy in PICKROCKS is very easy. Follow the steps:
Ø Customers can cancel orders within 2 hours after placing an order, if they don’t want to buy it.
Ø PICKROCKS authority may cancel order due to the unavailability of products. In case of advance payment PICKROCKS will refund for the canceled items.
Ø If any customer agrees to wait for the availability of the stock of the product(s), the order may remain in processing.
Return can be happened in the ways:
Ø At the time of delivery
Ø Notify within 24 hours after receiving delivery
Return policy is applicable only in the case of:
Ø Wrong product delivery
Ø Defective product delivery
Ø The products with missing parts
Ø Physically damaged product
Ø Product quality which is not matched with the description
Ø Incorrect content in the website
Ø Size or fit issue
Note: Customers are requested to check the product in front of the delivery man while
Items should not be returned, if:
Ø Items have been washed or worn.
Ø Products are damaged due to misuse of products.
Ø Products were sold in combo or in set but you want to return individual item of the set
Ø Products are used.
Ø Products are not in original form with the original tag.
Ø Branded electronic products seal is opened except the product is damaged or not working from the start.
Ø Non-branded electronic products are not working after delivery. Customer must check the condition of non branded products in front of the delivery man (within 24 hour notification is not applicable for non-branded electronic products).
Return is easy, follow the steps:
Ø Notify through email within 24 hour after delivery
Ø With problem details and order ID email us at [email protected]
Ø Our customer care department will confirm the return request and will inform you about the next procedure.
Ø Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition including all price tags, levels, original packet and invoice along with the product.
Note: Please note that you have to contact us within 24 hour after receiving faulty or damaged products.
Your money is safe in PICKROCKS. Refund policy is applied in the following cases:
Ø If seller cannot offer replacement
Ø If customer don’t want replacement
Ø If completely different product is delivered to the customer
Ø If customer cancel order before shipping
Ø If customer paid by using card or net banking, refund process will take time depending on Commercial Banks
Ø If customer paid through bkash, we will refund through bkash to the desired bkash account
